A. Cancellation policy
1. 1 Right of withdrawal for ordered and delivered goods
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Zuzana Keller Art, Zuzana Keller, Tannenweg 1, 86845 Großaitingen, Germany, Tel.: 01625997619, Email: zuzanakellerart@gmail.com or info@zuzanakellerart.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
1.2 Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
2. Revocation of individually made animal portraits
For custom-made commissioned works by Zuzana Keller Art, if you are not satisfied with the completed pet portrait, you have the option of requesting a 50% refund of the order value after receiving the commissioned work. However, this is only possible under the condition that you return the commissioned work to us undamaged within two weeks of receipt. After Zuzana Keller has inspected the artwork, the 50% refund will be made within the next two weeks. For commissioned works, the full purchase price cannot be refunded; this is due to the artist's associated effort (time, material costs).
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
General information
1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that you use suitable packaging to adequately protect them from transport damage. 2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect. 3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
