Technique
The entire surface of the painting, including the edges, was impregnated on both sides. The wood was then coated with gesso, painted with acrylic paints, and sealed with a UV-protective varnish. The painting is signed on the back.
The artist says
A total of 15 butterflies fly around a small bouquet of flowers. They're searching for the flower with the sweetest nectar, not forgetting to strike the most beautiful poses.
